The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Jerseys that have been customized with player names or numbers.

Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Jerseys without their original tags and packaging.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our Customer Support Team: Send an email to support@teamsfansshop.com with your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

b) Wait for Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team
will review it and respond with authorization and further instructions.

c) Package the Item: Carefully package the jersey with all original
tags and packaging. Include a copy of the return or exchange
authorization email.

d) Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the
return or exchange authorization email. Please ensure that the package
is adequately insured and trackable,

Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the jersey meets the
eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.1, your refund will be
processed.

2.2 Refund Process:

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the
original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the
processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider
and may take a 5 business days to reflect in your account.

2.3 Shipping Costs:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received
free shipping as part of your original purchase, the actual shipping
cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
