We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible:

• The jersey must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Items must not be personalized, customized, or altered in any way.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items

• Customized jerseys (e.g., with player names or numbers).
• Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original tags and packaging.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Support: Email support@teamsfansshop.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant details.
2. Await Authorization: We will respond with return/exchange instructions.
3. Package the Item: Repack the jersey with original tags and a copy of the authorization email.
4. Ship to Address: Use the address provided in our response. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval. Refunds are granted if the item meets all conditions outlined in section 1.1.

2.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on your payment provider.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or style changes if the returned item meets all conditions in Section 1.1.

Once we approve your return, we will ship the new item. Additional shipping charges may apply, depending on the item and destination.
