How To Measure For Sports Apparel
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and flat against your back.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest point of your torso, typically right where your body creases when bending side-to-side).
- Length: Standard length measures from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the jersey.
